1864 (Aug 11), Entire letter from Livorno to Cairo by Livorno-Florence railway and via Bologna (datestamps on back), franked with Italy 1863 15c. (four singles) and 60c. tied by Livorno cds, boxed "PIROSCAFI/POSTALI/ITALIANI" alongside, with 'Egitto Poste Italiane..." cds and large circled "POSTA EUROPEA..." h/s on reverse. Adhesives with small perf faults, letter slightly creased but still a good and scarce letter with a scarce combination of Italian/Egypt postmarks. Raybaudi certificate. Catalog Price 800.00
