1899 Page from a Victorian album with a well painted picture of a man in a kilt dancing, given to Mr Oliver Fraser of the Fraser Clan; the reverse bears the signatures of 13 people who attended the Queen’s birthday dinner given at the British Consulate, Lourenco Marques, on May 24th, with three stamps and the Consulate handstamp attached.
