Diyatalawa. 1902 India 1⁄4a postcard from Wellington addressed to "Ahmed Deen, Tailor, Camp Diyatalawa, Ceylon" with arrival c.d.s and the very scarce violet triangular "NOT FOR / P.O.W DELIVER". Light horizontal crease and minor faults, an attractive card, very few examples of this unusual cachet recorded. Photo on Page 78.
