Germany. 1901 Cover from Paarl to London bearing two Cape 1d stamps, red Paarl censor label and "PASSED BY / CENSOR" cachet, then redirected to Berlin with a G.B 3d applied and cancelled in London. Unusual, the 3d paying the difference between the empire and foreign double letter rate.
