1841 (Jan 8) Entire letter from Markinch to Cupar bearing a marginal 1d black, OL plate 2, generally with good to large margins, just touched at upper left, the right margin with part inscription "t to remove the Ce", tied by a superb red Maltese Cross. A fine looking stamp, very scarce with the marginal inscription. Photo on Page 223.
