Palestine Used in Lebanon. 1919 Cover to the USA with 1p tied bilingual "KEFIR (HASBAYA)" c.d.s, backstamped at Damascus and in Egypt. Hasbaya was one of the smallest of all the Lebanon Post Offices to use Palestine stamps, just one cover being recorded by Firebrace. Central vertical fold, a little torn at the upper edge, otherwise fine and very scarce. Photo on Page 29.
