It is a double rate letter with the Argentine postage paid with a 10c. stamp, and the maritime fee to be paid at destination, excellent quality!
Lot #74 - Argentina general issues
Folded cover sent from Tucumán to Córdoba on 19/SE/1870 franked by GJ.39 (10c. Belgrano). The 10c. stamp had been BISECTED to be used as 5c. and the other half was affixed to complete the required postage for a double-rate letter. Very interesting and probably a rare and unique case, very fine quality, with Alberto Solari certificate
