1919 First Experimental Air Mail Flight, Barranquilla to Puerto Colombia to Barranquilla by American aviator William Knox Martin, June 18, 1919. On this occasion, 200 copies of 2centavo stamps were overprinted at Barranquilla Printing Office. This was executed in horizontal strips of ten, which were severed with a guillotine knife, causing horizontal perforations to have a "cut" appearance.
