John Dalrymple of His Excellency the Earl of Stairs Regiment of Dragoons at the British Camp near Francfort in Germany" endorsed "fo Collen" and "PPd" and rated "10", a British rate on the reverse obliterated by a London Foreign Branch handstamp. Some wear or splitting at folds with upper flap missing.

The address sadly crossed out, nevertheless very scarce with the label tied by the c.d.s, the vast majority of internee covers having the internee label left uncancelled...
