The cover missing its flap with a small piece torn from the upper edge, the lower part of the cancel a little smudged but easily readable, believed to be the only two examples of these...

A scarce group, the 1917 UP c.d.s unrecorded by Wilson, who states no UP datestamps are known from the T.P.O. (7).
