Handstamped registration label at lower left. VICTORIA / CAMEROONS transit on reverse (Oct 13). The Nigeria stamp not accepted as Postage by the Swiss and the cover was taxed with 10c. red & green Postage Due on arrival in Basel (Nov 21). Scarce issue on letter.
