Francis was married to Grover Cleveland at the White House on June 2, 1886, when she was 21 years old and they had five children. She remains the youngest first lady in history. After her husband President Cleveland died in 1908, she remarried on Feb. 10th 1913 to Professor Thomas Joseph Preston and franking privileges continued with the addition of "Preston" to her signature.
