Saar, Collection, 1920-59. Well formed near complete used collection with some mint housed on album pages, with used hand-selected for neat attractive cancellations; starting with complete 1920 first issues and an additional mint study of overprint varieties (Michel identified), Bavaria issue with 5m & 10m high values (Scott 38-39, both signed, total cat. $1,100), completion in later regular issues, completion in semi-postals with the 1928 10fr+10fr issue bearing late cancel (not counted) but scarce 1931 sets present, 1948 Flood sheet mint, etc., similar airmails, #CB1 used and souvenir sheet mint, officials complete; a premium collection with Scott cat. well in excess of $10,000.
