Well formed virtually all mint collection housed in Palo hingeless album, with much variety and additional blocks throughout; with completion in first Condor issue lacking only the 50c, later 19th century missing only the scarce 1868-69, 500c high values and includes many mint block including complete 1894 coat of arms set (with additional thick paper blocks), 1897 Portrait blocks and 1c imperf horiz variety (with cert.), 20th century regular issue near complete (missing the rare 1911 & 1917 surcharge issues), 1901-02 Portraits include 10c & 20c bisect usages, 1909 Portraits including imperf pairs, 1911-12 surcharge issues with good varieties, 1916-17 Views issue include the 2c & 10c inverted centers (2c with additional perf & imperf inverts), later surcharge issues with variety, 1925 Centenary with specimen set, later blocks and surcharge varieties, etc., good airmails including 1930 Lloyd Zepp set including block & comma variety sets, good first issue Zepp overprints including 1b high value (cat $350) and a specialized section including two different specimen sets, first issue imperf pairs (3 different, cat $400 each), Zepp inverted overprint varieties including scarce black trial color overprint, following 1930 set in imperf pairs and additional perf set on Condor flight cover, later sets present with many of the varieties present; an exceptional collection with condition well above the norm.
