Thousands of issues arranged on stockpages in seven binders; starting with used classic with dozens of Leopold issues imperf/perf'd with later used runs and sets in modest to moderate duplication, mint starting at turn-of-the century with good sets in modest duplication, good showing of modern n.h. including booklets, section of 1930-40's ad label pairs and blocks, back-of-the-book with substantial section of semi-postal issues with later sets in pleasant duplication, some better including Sc. B178 x3 and other souvenir sheets, other issues including newspapers and parcel posts, also a section of Belgium Congo with some good items throughout; condition varies mostly confined to early material, worth review.
