ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED COLOMBIA F9 REGISTRY STAMP USAGES FROM PANAMA.
The two recorded covers indicate that a few sheets of Colombia F9 were included with the shipment of Colombia F10 on yellowish paper that was received in 1890.
