Purple two-line handstamp (NOR-101) cancelling on 2¢ vermilion entire to San Francisco, Cal., steel blue company frank at top and 1883 Astoria, Oreg. merchant ad date stamp on reverse; slight edge tone and opening tear at top affecting frank, otherwise Very Fine, an extremely rare handstamp, listed on Thomas yet none are recorded.
