Nice strike of five-line handstamp (GRE-125) on cover to New York City, carried outside the mails with matching "Not Paid" oval handstamp and manuscript "double 6/-" rate and reverse with "rec. 75¢ Postage" docketing, Very Fine, one of the better examples of six known.
