Barnard's Cariboo Express. Collect. Black on green label (Wellburn type 3) affixed on 1864 cover to Leeds, England with manuscript "Via New York" routing endorsement at top, entered the mails with blue oval "Post Office, Victoria V.I." coat of arms handstamp, "San Francisco, Cal., Mar 8, 1864" transit cds and "Leeds, Ap 13, 64" receiving postmark with "1/-" due handstamp applied upon arrival; label with some gum soak stain and scuffing and cover with most of backflap missing, F.-V.F., with 2013 P.F. certificate.
