1910, 4¢ orange brown coil, vertical strip of 4. In combination with 1918, 1¢ gray green on 1919 registered J.M. Bartels Co. (stamp dealer) cover to Chattanooga, Ten., all tied by New York oval handstamps, "Registered/Return Receipt" handstamp and reverse with appropriate transit and receiving backstamps, Very Fine, a rare multiple usage of the 1910 4¢ vertical coil, with 2014 P.F. certificate.
