Manchurian Provinces, 1922 (Oct. 17), stampless postage due cover from Liski, Voronezh Guberniya, Russia to Harbin, redirected to Seattle, Wash., USA, with front showing very scarce oval "doplatit" Russian postage due marking with manuscript "20" added. The letter was held in Chinese P.O. at Harbin, where irregular block of 4 of Chinese 5¢ postage due was added and cancelled by "Harbin Nov 27 1922" bilingual c.d.s. A second, scarce bilingual Russian and Chinese postage due chop was added on front, with manuscript "30" noted. Opened for display, a remarkable and rare cover, Fine to Very Fine.
