China, 1913 (Nov. 8), Republic Flag design 1¢ green postal card, used from Jaochow to New York (China Stamp Society PC6. Han 10), uprated with 3¢ Waterlow "Republic" overprinted Coiling Dragon, each tied with Jaochow c.d.s.'s, along with Shanghai 20 Nov. I.J.P.O. transit, plus sane day Shanghai bilingual transit, Kiukiang 17 Nov transit and New York violet boxed Dec 16, 1913 receiver on the reverse. Splendid and rare usage, choice, Very Fine.
