1894 (Jun 23) Kewkiang LPO 2nd Print 1/2c on pale orange paper,The 2nd issue 1/2c was supposed to be issued with black design on rose paper or red design on yellow paper while this lot contains a example of black design on orange native paper (plus a normal stamp for comparison). MH with original gum. A great LPO rarity, either a trial printing or an error, and possibly unique. Missing in the collection of Richard Canman, W.L. Chow, William Fletcher etc.

1894年九江書信館第二版半分新票，印於淡橙紙上。第二版半分票分別為黑色墨印印於玫紅紙上，或紅色墨印印於黃色紙上。然而此項拍品包含一枚黑色墨印印於橙色土紙上（另附一枚正常票作對比），原膠背貼。不論是試印票或錯體票，均為地方書信館票之一大珍品，於Richard Canman、W.L.
