Treaty Ports, Shanghai : 1862 (18 Sept.) entire from England to Shanghai (20.11) via London (19.9) bearing Great Britain 1d., 2d. and 9d. tied by "1/Manchester/X/498" duplex, showing on reverse blue "Hong Kong/C" transit (12.11) and "Shanghae/C" arrival c.d.s., "1(d.)" colonial credit, fine and very scarce tri-colour franking, with the 9d. scarce used on cover (1s. packet rate via Southampton).
