1913, Balkan wars, Bulgarian colour PPC (Turkish Parliament goes for truce) written at Kouleli Bourgas (Greek: Πύθιον) on 19.3.1913 by a Bulgarian soldier and posted to Sofia. Bulgarian military administrative cachet in black (Military Commander of Dedeagatch) used as censorship cachet. Rare.
