1864 POSTAL FRAUD: Folded letter franked a 10k with erased previous postmark and rather unskilled reperforation 12+- (all around), now heavily but clear postmarked "VINDAVA 28.1.64" to Mitava (red arrival marking), one could get the idea that this is a reused no.1 but in any case a very unusual specialist item
