1938 Brapex Exhibition Rowland Hill M/Sheet (10 stamps & 1 tab), uncut horiz pair of M/S, both perf, the left M/S is perf upside down, resulting in the central tab being bisected by perfs, and the lower middle stamps being imperf between! VF UN as made. SG MS614a(var), Sc 465(var) footnote states "a few perf M/Sheets exist". Great rarity for the Brazil specialist -we are aware of only 1 printers sheet with 3 such pairs having existed, from which this originates. 2001 APS photo-cert. (P) Estimate A$2000
