(25.6) and Seattle (15.7) bearing on reverse C.I.P. 10c., cancelled by "Tiehling/Post Office" rectangular framed h.s., envelope a little roughly opened at top, and 1903 (11 Dec.) red-band envelope to Tientsin (16.12) via Newchwang (14.12) bearing C.I.P. 1c., cancelled by "Fakumen/Post Office" rectangular framed h.s., also pieces (2) bearing C.I.P. ½c. and 1c. + 20c., cancelled by similar types of h.s. for Harbin and Changtufu (only 1c.) respectively. A fine representation.
