China, 1901 (June) envelope to Glasgow, Scotland (5.8) redirected internally, bearing C.I.P. 1c. and 4c. pairs, cancelled by "Shenyang/Imperial Post Office" rectangular framed h.s., showing on reverse "Newchwang" bilingual c.d.s. (26.6) in violet (seldom seen colour) and "Shanghai" bilingual c.d.s. (29.6), in combination with France "Chine" 25c. cancelled by "Shang-hai/Chine" c.d.s. (1.7), a few small cover faults (one affecting cancellation), and 1905 (26 Dec.) registered envelope from the Imperial Russian Consulate to Shanghai (arrival) bearing C.I.P. 2c. and 5c. (applied just over edge of envelope), cancelled by "Newchwang" bilingual c.d.s., showing "R/Newchwang China/No. 2231" framed h.s. adjacent.
