China, 1886 (10 Nov.) envelope (embossed "Custom House/Newchwang" imprint on flap) to the Postal Department in Canton, showing "Newchwang Customs/Mail Matter" double-ring oval h.s., with "Customs/Newchwang" double-ring origin d.s. without year date and "Customs/Shanghai" double-ring transit d.s. (14.11). A very fine and rare Customs Mail Matter usage of which we record only eleven such covers.
