Printed announcement from Office of 3rd PMG Office dated Mar. 13th 1909 announcing the issuance of "Unperforated Postage Stamps" in sheets of 400 stamps, these were used primarily by private vending companies for making private perforated coils for use in vending and affixing machines, but were also purchased by private individuals and used on mailings, Very Fine.
