1867 cover franked with 2k carmine & green, used from Wenden to Riga, customary mixed franking with Russian 10k brown & blue (with surface flaws apparently the result of removal of a pen canc. which was originally applied to the Wenden adhesive), both departure and Riga arrival pmks on back, v.f. appearance, with Mikulski cert.
