Mixed, mint and (mainly) used, note with values to 1920 to 5r, triangulars to 25r, 8v from 1940 Arms set (mint), then odd values from sets. Also includes SG 1, 2, 4 & 5 from German Occupation of Latvia in blocks of 4 (20c as block of 3). Mixed condition, generally above average including fine.
