Multicolor design showing white fleet ship and the Australian and American great seals with draped flags, original Nov. 20th 1940 letter from S.P. bond to Mr. Roosevelt offering it for his collection; each with Harmer's From the FDR Collection handstamp; tiny pinhole in each corner, otherwise Very Fine and scarce card, ex-F.D. Roosevelt.
