Position 29L3, private roulette approximately gauge 17 clearly showing on all four sides, tied by "New - York Jul 6, 1857" cds on cover to Brainerd, N.J., embossed Waters, N.Y. merchant corner card; partial backflap, Very Fine, a very rare experimental separation roulette on cover, one of the early attempts of mechanical separation of stamps in the United States just prior to the 1857 perforated issue, with photocopy of 1996 P.F. certificate and a 2013 P.F. certificate.
