Barmstedt 25/7 67 on blue envelope of the 4th weight class to Soltau in the Prussian province of Hanover. Vertical folds in the envelope on the left, slightly patinated around the postage paid, otherwise in good condition. An extraordinarily scarce letter. Certificate Möller BPP (2011)
