1914-1920 RUSSIA - CENSORSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE: Enormous Exhibition Collection in 16 albums in order by military districts (including - notabene - the Baltics), noted many unknown (unrecorded) censor markings, also noted several camouflage cancels, including domestic and foreign mail (with scarcer destinations like Norway, Serbia), better frankings like charity issues and many Romanov covers, generally fine to superb and much above average quality for censor mail, viewing is strongly recommended as any description given can not fully describe this lifetime collection
