10 bani orange-yellow, vertically bisected example, right half of stamp, used on 1871 'Recepisa de priimire' form for registered letter to Bucharest, tied by bold strike of BOLGRAD datestamp (30/6) in black (Kiriac fig. 376). A superb and rare usage of the bisect to pay the 5 bani due for the registration receipt.
