French Post Office in Galatz 1867: France laureated 40 c. orange used on 1868 entire letter to Syros, Greece; tied by "5085" gros chiffres, pearled "GALATZ / MOLDAVIE" cds (Nov 14) and framed "PD" all in blue. French P.O. in Constantinople transit in reverse (Nov 17). Slight acid ink fault in address but a rare usage Maury = € 880+.
