Plate 1 AL, unused example in milky blue with extended corner margin showing the plate number and part of the margin inscription, '...reful not to remove the Cement,' a good margin at left but the lower margin is a little irregular and just cut into near the L square, unused without gum, A very rare positional piece, unique in private hands. BPA Cert. 2011 states 'genuine, treated to reduce staining, black marks on face. Ex. Chartwell. (1)
