Minor imperfections as missing corner perf one stamp and vert. folds through cover and one stamp, but A VERY RARE COVER FROM THE "COMMUNE DE PARIS", where the letter was dated '9 May', carried to Versailles by a messenger through the siege ring, posted there and carried via Marseilles and ship mail to Constantinople.
