FALKLANDS WAR between Argentina and the United Kingdom: Telegram sent to Buenos Aires on 8/MAY/1982 with text in English "ALL WELL HERE HOPE THE SAME WITH YOU", probably sent by an islander during the war. Very rare, few telegrams sent during this period are known, and this is the first one I have seen that was not sent by an Argentine soldier!
