Correspondence between countries under German occupation was made via the Red Cross. Formular of the Greek Red Cross sent from Athens on 17.6.1943, with a message addressed to Cairo, arrived in Cairo on 21 SEP 1943. Red cachets of Greek and French Red Cross (Prisoners Office), plus violet cachets of an Egyptian censor.
