Transatlantic Mail. 1852 Cover "per steamer Northern & New York" charged 1/21⁄2 with "ART - 5 / B.R. PKT" handstamp of Liverpool on the reverse. Redirected from Bedford to Emberton with a 1d red cancelled by the numeral "61". Seal removed and the flap a little torn, otherwise fine and unusual.
