How do I send my bids?

In order to place a bid on an item you must log into the system. Click "Add" on the desired item (appears next to the item price).
When you are done adding items to your cart please go to "My Cart" (upper black bar) and proceed to fill in your bids. Once you have filled in your bids, click Update Bids. Now that your bids have been updated click Send Bids and proceed to the next and final stage.
You may now add a note to the seller (optional) and complete the process by clicking Submit Bids.
Once all stages have been completed, the items will be removed from your cart and stored in the bids history page.

How do I log in?

At the top of each page there is a login form, enter your username and password and click Login, or Login here.

How do I contact Collector Circuit Club administrator?

At the bottom of each page you will see a contact form. Use this form to send us a message. If you are a registered user of our site, log in and then use the "Contact Us" form for better customer service.

How do I update my offers?

At the top of the page (logged in users only) a My Cart link will appear. In your cart, add your offer to your selected items, and click update bids to save your offers (step 1 of 2).

What should I do if I forgot my username or password?

Click on Creat Account at the top of the page, then click Request new Password. Enter your email or users name and an email with a one- time activation code will be sent to you. after clicking the link you will be directed to your profile page to enter a new password.

How do I join?

At the top of the page click create account select a username and enter your email. An email will be sent to you with a one-time activation code. After clicking the link you will be directed to your profile page where you will be asked to choose a new password. If you forgot your password (after activation of your account ) send a request for a new password.

How do I view websites or send emails from the community section or events?

In a community page you will see links to view the website or send emails, email are sent via the site in a secure form.

What are the categories on the left side of the sale items?

The categories on the left side are from the current sale you are viewing. Clicking any category will refine the items presented to this category only. If the category has any sub categories they will open under the main category. You can clear any filter on the top left side where you can see the current filter being applied.

Where are my sent bids?

All sent bids can be seen in the bids history page. If the sale is still open for bidding and you want to resend this bid (update price) you can click the add link next to it and the item will be sent back to the bids page (step 1 of 2). All sent bids will remain in the bids history and will not be affected.

How do I add a bid to my cart?

After logging in, you will see an Add or Remove link. Clicking it will add or remove the item from your shopping cart.

What is item class and sale status?

Item class is the type of item - stamp coin or postcard.
Sale status can be
- Sale List - first come first served
- Active Auction - bids can be sent directly to dealer, until closing date
- Closed Sale - sale after closing, no bids can be sent at this time
- Prices Realized - auction results and unsold lots. Purchase of unsold lots at the dealers discretion

How to use the search?

Enter your search word or words in the quick search option (right top), from there you will be directed to the search result page. On the left side you will see the number of results and search terms. You can now filter the results by class, sale group, sale name and any categories, to find the items you are looking for, quickly and precisely.

How do i update my profile?

click My Account and edit your profile. Here you can select your default language, mail preferences, contact details, email and password.

At the top right corner of the site, click the flag to change language. In the sale pages you will see a translation of the lots (categories and description if available).
