On arrival in Milano it received the postage due corresponding for LETTERS (L.2.60) and not printed matter, with a manuscript explanation: "Gravato della tasa delle lettere perché chiuso in modo da non poterse verificare", and finally it was rejected by the addressee, who wrote a manuscript note on reverse: "Rigiutato per tasa, Pietro Speroni",...
