30/SEP/1807 MONTEVIDEO - Buenos Aires: Entire letter related to the SECOND BRITISH INVASION to the River Plate, written in the days of the British retreat from Montevideo as part of the terms of surrender after their defeat in Buenos Aires. It makes reference to the "[translated from Spanish] economic losses that I have suffered with the loss of this place", signed by Commander MATHEO MAGARIÑOS (who fought against the British during the invasion), very interesting document of historic-philatelic value, very fine quality!
