ARGENTINA: Extremely rare "contest envelope" (circa 1998) that was sold by the Argentine Post to take part in a contest for cash prizes. It was not successful and very few envelopes were sold, almost all were mailed by the participants and destroyed after the draw, and thus very few examples are in existence!
