Political publication sent from Bogotá to Manchester (England) on 13/AU/1870 franked with 1c. It is a giant poster with long considerations by GUILLERMO URIBE because he considered that he was entitled to the position of senator for the Santander state, and not General Canal, who according to Uribe had usurped that post. It is very interesting, but since it was folded and stored for so many years, it will have to be reinforced in several parts, rare and very interesting!
