(similar to the type used for Chefoo) in pinkish red, with "CUSTOMS SHANGHAI" double ring d.s. and "SHANGHAI/LOCAL POST" c.d.s. on reverse. Adressee's name barred out, but an appealing official usage evidently emanating in the Customs Post and then passed to the Local Post for delivery
